This bold and daring dream leaped from an idea into reality in 2024, and a large, authentic smoke sauna with <b>two heaters and no chimney<\/b> rose on the clayey shores of Lake N\u00e4kij\u00e4rve. The sauna was built according to traditional principles and created with care and love by masters from Viljandimaa (SalaMaja O\u00dc). The platform comfortably fits 14 people, but can accommodate up to 20 when sitting close together.    <\/p><p>The smoke sauna is accompanied by the cozy <b>Teetare<\/b> (Tea House), where steaming bodies can watch the fireplace, refresh themselves with tea, and stretch out on sheepskins.<\/p><p>The <b>sauna terrace<\/b> is a great place to do cartwheels, take in the fresh air, or go stargazing. She welcomes you, supports you throughout the session, and sees you off on your journey home. While a smoke sauna might seem dark or intimidating to some at first, Maia helps you relax into the sauna&#8217;s warm embrace and let the wind blow everyday thoughts from your head.  <\/p><p>Drawing on the teachings of sauna mistress Helen Moppel and sauna expert Eda Veeroja, she guides you to find a connection with yourself, to finish and let go of the old, and to move forward feeling pure, clear, and lighter.
